A native of Chelsea, Patrick attended the University
of Notre Dame, earning a B.A. in English Literature
in 1987. From there he worked in New York City, teaching
high school English, and at Wildenstein & Co., international
art dealers.
Patrick attended the Wayne State University Law School,
earning his Juris Doctor in December of 1997. While
in law school, he clerked for the Monroe County Circuit
Court and at Legal Services of Southeastern Michigan.
Upon successful completion of the bar examination and
obtaining a license to practice law, Patrick began and
Keusch & Flintoft, P.C., in June of 1998.
At Keusch, Flintoft & Conlin, P.C., Patrick is
continuing in the tradition of individual service for
his clients' needs. He practices in the areas of family
law, including divorce, custody and post-judgment matters,
estate planning, real estate matters, probate, small
business and corporate advising, criminal defense and
civil litigation.
Patrick is a past president and member of the Rotary
Club of Chelsea, member of the Board of Trustees of
the Chelsea Community Hospital, member of the Board
of Directors of the Chelsea Area Transportation System
and member of the School Board of Father Gabriel Richard
High School, in Ann Arbor. Additionally, Patrick is
a member of the American Bar Association, the State
Bar of Michigan and the Washtenaw County and Jackson
County Bar Associations.
Patrick is the Chair of the Chelsea Community Hospital (CCH) Board of Trustees and led the negotiation team which announced the merger of CCH with the St. Joseph Mercy Hospital System, thereby expanding both CCH's physical plant and service provisions.
